MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
(FLEET & COMMERCIAL)

General Reqruitments :
Having excellent communication skill in English both oral and written (TOEFL min 500)
Having strong business sense & commercial affinity
Posses self motivation & work independently
Good analytical thinking, dynamic & result oriented
Able to travel/ be place within Indonesia teritory and/or aboard
Voluntary assigned in sailing program

COMMERCIAL MT (CMT)
S1/S2 Degree in any major min GPA. 3.00
Male, age 22-27 years old
Having at least 1 year working experience in any position
Highly interested in Commercial Business

Fleet MT (FMT)
S1Degree in Marine Engineering major min GPA. 2.80, with 1 year working experience
Min ATT/ANT with min,5 years sailing experiences
Male, age 22-35 years old
Highly interested in Commercial Business

Compensation package :
Competitive salary, allowence related to the job requirement,housing (if to be place of out town, periodic salary reviewing depend on the competency & performance level)
